Overnight bread

I've always thought it was such a shame that bread takes such a long and complicated process to make. So I have been playing with flour and yeast for a while, not really caring for the art of properly making bread, and I have come up with many successes. I was smart enough to write the proportions of flour, yeast, etc. only once. This recipe, that I use every day to make bread for my roommate (isn't he lucky?) is pretty easy, made in one shot, and it rises overnight. So be brave, pull your sleeves up, and start making your own bread.
It will probably not be as good as the one that you knead, let rise, knead, let rise, knead, let rise, and on and on, but it will give you satisfaction enough to have fresh bread every morning, for only a few minutes of work the night before.

How many servings? 1 big(ish) loaf or two small ones
How much prep time? 20 minutes + one night
How much baking time? 30-50 minutes

Cake of yogurt

My last creation is pretty easy to make: a lot of yogurt, no other fat, and then the regular flour, sugar, eggs. Easy to personalize too. And it's plain enough and not too sweet so that it's delicious with marmalade or honey.

How many servings? 6-8 people
How much prep time? 5-10 minutes
How much baking time? 50 minutes

Depending on where you are, blackberry season is not over yet. So get your girlfriend/boyfriend or family, or your friends, and pick the last blackberries before the birds eat them. And make a tart out of it!
