A French must-have-tasted dessert: the crepes. They are some sort of very thin pancakes that you garnish at will (jelly, peanut butter, various spreads, etc). They are also the traditional food for the "chandeleur," a celebration on february 2 (this year) on which good French gourmets just stuff themselves with crepes!

Very easy to do (but long), this milky caramel cream is used like any spread or jelly: on bread, crackers, or even by the spoon for the uncontrolable sugar-addicts!
